OpenAI processing disclosureWhen you use SilkAi’s scan and analysis features, we may send your hair photos and onboarding answers to OpenAI or other AI processing providers in order to generate outputs. OpenAI states that customer data sent through its API is not used to train OpenAI models by default unless the customer opts in, and OpenAI offers EU data residency for certain eligible services. However, the actual location and retention of processing may depend on the services and configuration used by us and our vendors.9.
